A New Experience

With the end of the school year coming closer, the start of a new school year is being prepared for. This last week of school, included the deadline for housing registration. I discussed my housing situation with my parents and they suggested that I sign up for a room with a room mate like I did this school year. Since I had already experienced this, the decision was acceptable for me. So while I was online filling out the forms for housing, I asked my current room mate if he would like to be my room mate again for next semester. He surprisingly rejected my idea and explained that he wanted a room alone because of personal reasons. I didn't question his choice because I could always ask one of my other friends if they would like to be my room mate. Later that day, I asked another friend if he would like to be my room mate and he also rejected. A few minutes later, I asked another close friend and he also rejected because he was getting a single room. I thought about letting TLU randomly choose a room mate for me, until I quickly remembered my dreadful first semester experience. I soon found myself with a tough decision. I finally decided to try something new and get a single room for myself. I am excited and looking forward to next semester.
